Hoping that Baby New Year welcomes all of our fresh starts and brings many LONG naps!
The favors of the LORD are not exhausted, his mercies are not spent; They are renewed each morning, so great is his faithfulness. --Lamentations 3:22-23

Yippee!! First comment of the new year! Your precious, little baby John looks like he is getting so big! I am waiting up, and it's after midnight now, for MY 15 and 18 year old "babies" to arrive home from a family party. The rest of us came home earlier to put the little ones to bed because they couldn't quite muster the stamina to welcome in 2009! God bless you, Meredith. Happy New Year! Susan
Hope that your new year is grand too. That is a very sweet picture of the baby. Thanks for all you do. This blog of yours is always a bright spot to come too. May God bless. Roxie
Beautiful photo! I'm sitting here nursing our babe while typing -- I was thinking of you and wondering if you have gotten out w/all 3 kids by yourself. I have not, but I thought you might have tips!
Aww - look at that sweet little sleepy babe. How do you not kiss his little cheeks ten million times a day?! My seven year old is sick of me kissing his cheeks by now...I guess I have a thing for soft little squishy faces. They're sleeping now...maybe I'll go sneak a few smooches :)
I love this picture of your son! It brings me near to tears for two reasons: remembering my youngest, James, at this age (19 years ago!) and missing the way he smelled and how soft his skin was! And longing to meet our first grandchild, Svend, who was born 6 weeks early on Dec. 29 at 5 lbs 5 oz (he's doing better now and will be home from the hospital soon. Thanks for sharing John's picture!
