Oatmeal cookies with chocolate and nuts

For the box lunches: Oatmeal Crispies from the Pioneer Woman Cooks, with added nuts and chocolate chunks from Big Lots.

Yummy! I just may have to bake this weekend! It looks like you have way more than the 16 you need for the box lunches so at least your family can dive into those tonight. Enjoy and try to take a break tomorrow. I do think your generous nature was taken a bit advantage of with being expected to do 2 meals tomorrow. Personally, I think the box lunches should have purchased by the bride's parents(Heavenly Ham makes very good box lunches as do many other places) since you were so thoughtfully gifting the breakfast. But, then, you could have declined so I am assuming you are enjoying this and I know everything will be good and beautifully presented. It just makes me tired to think of doing so much in one day!
