I have an odd space in my living room--too much space to leave bare, but too close to the sofa for another table. These large baskets worked so well for toy storage, I decided to leave them there. Re-hanging some artwork above it balances the nearby shelves. Those hold sweetgrass baskets, nee coastal Carolina, collected from yard sales in Tennessee.

Decorating with baskets
I have an odd space in my living room--too much space to leave bare, but too close to the sofa for another table. These large baskets worked so well for toy storage, I decided to leave them there. Re-hanging some artwork above it balances the nearby shelves. Those hold sweetgrass baskets, nee coastal Carolina, collected from yard sales in Tennessee.
I like the "basket area"...it looks very nice. I love using baskets for storage and decorations. Living in SC, I'm suprised that I haven't found more sweetgrass baskets at thrift stores or yard sales. I'll be on the lookout now.
