Wow, I reallly appreciate your blog! You are so inspiring, and I love this picture and verse about being blessed. It is so easy to forget in this day and age, huh?!
Oh, and I want to hear about who eats the whitefish! :)
I'm going to add you as a link on my blog, if that's ok with you.
Blessings,
Joy

Meredith,
You and your budget challenge have come to my mind several times in the past day or two.

I was thinking that if we take the easy way through a challenge(e.g.,if we choose to just take a few months to let the budget recover) we are forfeiting the opportunity for the Lord to show Himself mighty on our behalf. He stands ready to DELIVER us, if we'll give Him a chance!

Blessings to you.

Your quilt (I think it is called Cathedral windows) is gorgeous. I have recently discovered your blog and as my husband and I are working on tightening the belt and using the gifts God has given us to their best, I can't wait to read all your old posts.

Thanks for sharing your journey.

I love the quilt too!

Thanks for leaving a kind comment on my blog. Y'all have come to mind several times and I've sent up a little prayer each for your budgeting constraints this month.

Have a blessed day!

Not sure where to leave this comment, but check out Mary Hunt's blog on a creative way to save $$$ when you need to replace a tiny, flat watch battery.

Just hope the battery execs don't figure this one out.
