Only Jerri from
Trophy of God's Grace would investigate this school supply question: are the ten cent RoseArt crayons as good as the twenty cent Crayola pack? Read her answer
here. Lest you snicker, remember that there's nothing more irritating than buying $1.99 crayons in December.

True, but I will tell you that in my experience the Rose Art crayons are not as high of a quality as the Crayola. This means that there is more wax and less colorant per crayon, which translates to pale colors on the paper. So for my $.20, I'd go with Crayola.
Thanks for the link to Trophy of God's Grace, though. Interesting post.
I too agree that Crayola is better than Rose Art. We've tried both and I found Crayola easier touse. Rose Art seemed to get stuck on the paper. That mes it harder for my toddler to move it across the paper.
Hands down, Crayola will always win the crayon wars and will always be MY top choice. The other brands don't even SMELL right. Definitely worth the extra dime.
HHHHmmmmmmmmm.........Great. We just bought three (one for each child) big boxes of rose art crayons for our new school year. Oh well, what doesn't work out will make great crayon muffins! :)
