Free Whole Foods Cooking Class

Sue Gregg, author of the Eating Better series of cookbooks, introduces a new feature on her website.

She's photographed step-by-step instructions for three healthy recipes: blender batter waffles, parmesan chicken, and yogurt pie.

So detailed, you'd think Sue was beside you in your very own kitchen! These cooking lessons are free.

I've been making the batter blender waffles for a year or two from the recipe on her site. They are very, very good.

I'm glad to know the recipe is as good as it looks. I'm still without a blender or waffle maker! I have a feeling I'll be able to make some Christmas morning if I don't find one this fall ;) Good thing I am not the kind of wife to get offended by small appliances as gifts.

We got our waffle iron for Christmas 5 years ago and waffles have been our Christmas breakfast ever since.
