I've wanted a rolling library stool just about forever (having no idea how much a

Now I can reach those upper pantry shelves without unfolding our stepladder.
(Or, trying something dangerous--I recently broke a vase while using a broom handle to knock down some vacuum bags!)
Not many fun finds the last two weeks--I am saving my mad money for a church sale next week.

Hey! My mom had one of those while I was growing up. Thanks for the brief nostalgia moment!
Like Jenn, that gave me an awesome nostalgia moment, my grandma had one of those. :)
i've wanted one too, ever since we started hanging out in the library while the toddler of the family pushed one around as a prelude to walking.
maybe your post will scare up a source of these at a better price.
hurrah for your find!
Just wanted to tell you I've discovered your blog and I LOVE it, my new favorite. I've been checking in every day.
That is what I miss about my 6 foot 3 inch son. I now have to use a step stool. Now the food bills don't miss those.
Oh, that is a very cool find!
I just use one of two things to reach stuff: my old Mickey Mouse step stool that I used as a child to reach the sink to brush my teeth, or my 6'2" hubby!
I know someone that bought one at a School Board surplus sale. Came right out of a school library. Only cost a couple bucks. Our community has a surplus sale a few times a year. Great finds

Amen to having the tall man around! I often wait to unload the dishwasher or get out the griddle until my 6'3" husband is around to reach up for those seldom-used items on the top shelf.
