Graduation time

We are attending two graduations tonight. That's a lot of ironing and shoe shining! I found a 99 cent dress for myself at Goodwill--a mid-calf, wrap front, my most flattering style. I was so excited!
We like to give cold, hard cash to grads--$20 to family members, plus a 50-cent card. We work with high school students and know any cash--even a $5 bill--is precious. Since we have to attend a party afterward, the kids and I will take along a daisy basket, made from a $2.99 Aldi bouquet.

What are the brand name and the fabric content of your dress?

I agree about cash to grads.

Our graduations are tonight, too. It's a beautiful night for it, and that makes the gymnasium a little more bearable!
The dress looks lovely! Won't it be fun to know when you're getting compliments on how nice you look, that it only cost 99cents?! Have fun!

Wow, our graduations don't start for another month!

The dress is great. I've been learning from Rebecca and Angie's blogs that a wrap front dress is probably a very flattering style for me too-I've been thinking I need to keep my eyes open for some. Great thrifting!
