It feels so good to have at least one project done--at least for now! No comment from my husband. Last night, that could have meant anything from "I won't say anything because she'll change her mind in the morning anyway" to "Me sit, you bring dinner," completely unconscious of his surroundings. We'll see!

Well, I like it! You are pretty amazing, and very inspiring.
You know what? I LIKE the chairs!! The finished product is quite pretty.
As far as your dear husband's non-response....I quite frequently need to ask my husband what he thinks about something obvious that I've done in our home. He notices, and intends to comment, he just never gets around to it! heeheehee
This made me LOL, though!

I love the paint technique!!! It is so cute. You have a flair.
I am not loving the fabric. It's not cute enough to match the adorable paint job!!! Needs something lively. And what fun you could have for a party. You could temporarily attach some cute buttons or some type of flourishes or objects to the top or down the middle on the back for added interest and you could tie it in to the party theme.
Great idea! And it's your chair, so you do whatever fabric you want, but I still think the paint job is clever that you need a whimsical fabric to go with it. Just my opinion though! Good job!
That's so funny about what your husband might have thought. ;) I like the fabric too. It's a good dining room color...not to mention Valentine color. :)
I really like the chair. Artsy. Love the soft blue complementing the rust tones. Way to use your creaitive energies...I see now where your son gets it.
That color fabric really MAKES that chair...really ties it all together. Nice!
