Worth every penny

I finally bought a handheld tape dispenser during Tennessee's tax free weekend. I can't believe I waited so long! I'm learning that an investment in professional supplies may save me time and money in the long term. For $10, my packing productivity has tripled. We bought a furniture dolly during the last move, and I'd like to find some Magic Sliders for rearranging furniture in the new house. If they keep us from having to hire professional movers, they'll be worth every penny.

Here are mantras I grew up with:

Use the Right Tool for the Job!

Good Tools are the best investment.

No Tool is better than Bad Tool.

This is off topic, but I am writing to let you know that there is a 48 hour prayer chain started for Susan Godfrey (you are on her blog's list of friends). Please spread the word so we can cover this family in prayer.

In Him,
Amy

Such a smart tax-free purchase!!!

I've never seen a MagicSlider, but I like the little trick of putting an old blanket under a piece of furniture to pull it across wood/tile surfaces. It works really well and makes furniture feel much lighter!
