We've had so many new visitors since the Blogs of Beauty awards. Welcome! Just wanted to let you know that this week is atypical of Like Merchant Ships. I usually post fresh content several times a week. Right now I'm just swamped. Both kids have ear infections, my mom is visiting all day, and I just haven't been able to escape to the keyboard.
Look forward to Monday, when life settles back to normal again. And do stop by for another visit, won't you?

Hi Meredith! I've been reading your blog for about a year now (I think I found it via Prairehomemaker?), but I've never really commented (just entered the dvd contest a while back lol). I was reading your archives and fell out laughing over your pink bathroom. My parents have a purple bathroom at home and until recently had a purple toilet. Gotta love the '60s era design.
