Closet "Before"

I found this photo of the closet as it looked when we bought our house. The previous owners were using it as a makeshift office. Converting a shallow closet into a compact workspace can be a great idea--but this photo illustrates how NOT to do it well. The remaining walls and doors of the room were almost wallpapered with Scotch-taped newspaper clippings!
