This week has been packed with decisions.
We are organizing our spring budget (lots of big ticket expenses) and trying to find the best way to spend for Andrew. We've decided to drop the playgroup in favor of swim lessons now that he has a free preschool day each week.
Good news on the health insurance front: we will finally be on the winning side of the deductible equation! One reason children may truly be cheaper by the dozen--the family deductible is the same, whether you have one child or eight.
Same for the YMCA membership. So while adding our second child will undoubtedly up our total expenses, at least we'll get a little more value for our "family dollar."
