Weekend Planning

One of my goals this season has been to plan more fun activities for the family--unstructured weekends were leaving us bored. This weekend promises a lot of unique frugal choices!

Sunday, the downtown library presents Little House On The Prairie Day from 3:00-4:30. It features live music from Happy Land, a CD in tribute to Wilder.

The invitation says to dress as your favorite character and enjoy crafts, games, readings, and refreshments.

Try as I like, I'm not sure I can rope my guys into that one.

Luckily, the sweet scent of baking might be able to entice them to the Biscuits and Bluegrass day at the Loveless Cafe, Fitness Day at Warner Park, or the Country Ham Festival at Rippavilla in Spring Hill instead.

The Tennessean's Ms. Cheap has a complete rundown here.
