Natural Activities

March has blown by with birthdays, company, sickness and a weekend fishing.

It was all I could do to keep the cooler loaded with food.

I'm grateful that small kids require so little entertainment.

A cardboard box, a paintbrush, bits of nature gathered on a trail = peace and quiet

Next time I'll remember the paper. We had to tear apart a few bags!

My little one would adore this activity! Thank goodness for the warm(er) weather so we can get out and gather natural objects to work/play with!

We must be on the same wavelength. I'm making 'tree blocks' for Parker out of rounds cut from the trees Reed removed from our yard Saturday.

good for you - a visit to the woods is always a nice way to explore god's 'free' gifts to us -

my children are also very easy to please now -
we are taking a spring breaker up north and it should be fun - just two days in the marriott residence inn - thank god for reward points! only dollars a night -
My girl loves hotels and really things it's special to visit various ones - then we'll take a hike outside the city to a state park - pack the food - all's ready to go! not much money spent, at all! Well, not unless we pull of freeway to hit all the goodwills in our path - can see them from the freeway - like an OUTLET mall!
can you believe it?
