Last minute gifts

Cropping watercolors to fit a standard 5 x 7 frame.

(We won't speak of the paint spilled on the carpet while the rest of us were sick!)

Hope you are feeling better. I love the last minute gift idea. I am doing some last minute things myself. I am a lucky woman today. All 4 of my grandchildren together in one place. Yeah for me. Roxie

What a neat gift! I'd love it if my nieces gave me some original artwork like that!

THAT is clever! I have tons of artwork from my 4 kids - and I have an empty hallway begging for this! Super cute idea!

BTW we are melting a year's worth of broken crayons tomorrow as a gift for some neighborhood children. I got this from one of your old posts - it's pretty hot where I live so we're going to try it outside - but I suspect if doesn't work, we'll try the oven on low. I don't have any madeline tins, so we're using mini-heart shaped muffin tins instead.

They will be given along with some coloring books from the dollar store. :)
