Gathering season

We walked home from the library this afternoon, finding turtles, grasses and goldenrod along the drainage ditch. Andrew suggested we hang the library bag on the doorknob to welcome his dad home. Accidental beauty.

It's been a near perfect day.

Isn't it fun snapping shots of Fall? God really outdid Himself with this season. All so alive and crisp!
