Scene: One day remaining until payday, two days until company arrives.
Cue the sound effects: a constant grinding rumble from the refrigerator.
We bought the $100 appliance service plan from Lowes, but the receipt was NOT in our warranty file. I tore the house apart in vain. After much prayer, I remembered the expandable file I toted while shopping for the new house.
There was the warranty! Better yet, there was also a bank envelope with $90 inside. It was the last of my appliance budget, tucked away in the chaos of moving. I would have been happy with just the warranty, but I'll rejoice all the same!

GOD is good!
Whoo hoo! And I was happy just to find another jar of sauerkraut stashed away this morning...
Wow - God is so very good. Don't you just love Him to pieces. Aren't you glad the Fridge was grumbling.
God even cares about the small things! What a great God we have. Enjoy the company even more now.
I am so very happy for you. I know that God does provide. I am always amazed at the WAY God finds to take care of His children. I am glad that you found the warrenty too. Take care. God bless and have fun with your family. Roxie

He is good all the time! I'm gonna share this story with others and spread the joy!
I LOVE that the envelope you found the money in says "Thank you"! How true it is. Thank you, Lord, for caring for the lilies of the field.
That was a God wink!
As I read this post I found myself saying Thankyou Jesus! Then as I did I looked and I too saw the Thank you on the bank envelope!! Yes I agree the photo is a sermon in itself! Thank you sooooo much for sharing........I can't stop smiling and thanking Him. He knew the very day you put the warranty and the money away you would share your blessing with us when you found it too.
That is so exciting!!! God is so good, isn't He?
What a wonderful, wonderful surprise!
