We bought a soccer goal/rebounder at a thrift store for $5.99. Luckily, we had the station wagon with us! You have no idea what we've strapped to the top in the years we've had this car.

It was a real hit with Andrew! I can forget about my colonial style kitchen garden, because our narrow back yard is now a sport court.

Of course, I've found my own uses for the new toy. It's ideal for airing a king-size down comforter!

Oh yes, everything must multi-task! This way we don't buy a bunch more stuff, we just use what we have better!
This though might take the prize for creative multi-taskers
Oh my goodness! I cant thank you enough for this idea!!! I have 3 hockey nets of Rocko's (our 9 yr old son) and I was about to buy one of those wooden hanging things just for that purpose and also planning on giving away some nets because were moving. Now I can keep one to use for MY king sized duvet. YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hugs to you for this idea,
Candy

Meredith--Yours is my favorite blog, and it inspired me to start one of my own just the other day. I even used the same template. Now it seems a little eerie, for I just posted a blog about laundry, and also had a photo of some hanging shirts. I did not see yours first, I promise! If you would like to see, please visit me at dallan-cloudcovercottage.blogspot.com. And thank you for your warm and lovely site.--Dallan
