I love hearing stories of your fabulous finds! Here are my two best buys from this month, from two different thrift stores. To the right is a boy's linen outfit by Sir Alec of Dallas; to the left, a handsmocked and lined 9-month dress from A. Anichini of Florence. God willing, they should be the perfect sizes for a children's portrait next spring. Cost? $2 apiece. (Well, the dress was $3.99, but I bought it at Salvation Army's half-price day.)

Oh, how cute! The smocked dress alone would have cost a fortune new! You're kids are gonna look very 'boutique' next spring!
Awesome!
What sweet outfits!
How beautiful! $2 apiece is almost unreal!
I love smocking...well done.
