Fun in the frugal kitchen!
I found this bag of organic limes marked down to $1--perfect for trying Sue Gregg's Lemon Tofu Pie (only this time with limes).
Having never cooked with tofu, the end result may be more questionable than my son's purple cabbage indicator. We'll see whose experiment is more successful.

I liked the pie. My husband ate his piece. This does not necessarily mean he liked it--one of his good points, he'll eat just about anything. The real test will be if there are leftovers by Saturday morning. If something is good in this house, it doesn't have much shelf life. I'll let you know!
