In an attempt to be a bit more healthy I've switched to decaffinated tea bags and have played around with Splenda instead of sugar.<BR/>All Splenda did something wierd to the tea. It seemed weaker. I've found that 3/4 Splenda and 1/4 sugar is a good mix for me. I still get sugar, but not nearly as much as I was.<BR/><BR/>Next I need to see if I can cut back on the tea and drink water instead.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
