I have been told by our naturopath to be ca...Yummy! I have been told by our naturopath to be careful with cantelope. The skin leads to easy contamination and molds/mildew that is unseen. When we cut it we can spread that throughout the flesh and possibly make us sick!<BR/>He suggests cutting in half and then using a different knife for cutting the flesh. A tip: this method also works GREAT for cutting pineapple! But instead of scooping any seeds, you have to cut out the hard "core" in the middle and then slice or cube accordingly.
