Bad move, I think.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12364613.post-1143951769265641672006-04-01T22:22:00.000-06:002006-04-01T22:22:00.000-06:00I find in my area just about all seconed hand stor...I find in my area just about all seconed hand stores have been getting quite pricey. It seems they have picked up on the notion that middle class like to shop there now. I can't wait for yard sale season for this very reason!<BR/>Danielle F.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12364613.post-1143899092685343592006-04-01T07:44:00.000-06:002006-04-01T07:44:00.000-06:00Exactly. There is a thrift store here that I would love to support, but I could buy new clothes for what they are asking.Catherine at Frugal Homemaker Plushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00014697591588112092noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12364613.post-1143897413647303072006-04-01T07:16:00.000-06:002006-04-01T07:16:00.000-06:00What these people need to realize is that when som...What these people need to realize is that when something doesn't sell because it's too expensive--that's money they didn't make! Better to sell 5 items rock-bottom than have 1 item sitting on a shelf collecting dust that would have made as much as those 5 items. And considering it's donated, even $2 is pure profit!Mom2furhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09919967314390699344noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12364613.post-1143878077675616422006-04-01T01:54:00.000-06:002006-04-01T01:54:00.000-06:00That's a steep price for paint. It was top quality premium paint that would have cost me $95 had I picked the color myself and had it mixed. If one can be flexible about color, it's a great bargain.Robertahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09455835076577157629noreply@blogger.com
